You pay only for completed interviews

Completed: at least 5 answers and a write-up on your dashboard.

Free: interviews that stop early or end on a must-have, your team’s practice interviews (3 per role), interviews that fail on our side, and the hiring manager’s intake.

Refunds and cancelling

  • No contract term. Close your account at any time.
  • Packs are paid in advance and aren’t refundable, except as set out in our Terms.
  • To question a charge, email billing@heedhire.com within 30 days, before disputing it with your card company. We work with you to resolve it within 15 days.
